You know AI matters. Let's use it on your work.

Hands-on AI coaching for senior leaders in government and business. One hour, your screen, a real problem on your plate this week. You leave with something you made and keep.

01

How it works

  1. Your problem

Not your team's. Not a vendor demo. Yours. A strategy memo, a briefing for your council or board, the analysis you've been meaning to dig into.

  2. Solved in the hour

On your own laptop, screen shared. When we hang up, what you built is yours. Keep working on it, send it, whatever you want.

  3. Then your people

Usually the leader says, get my team in here. Same approach, one real problem at a time, until they're teaching each other.

02

Track record

Built from the ground up inside a publicly traded technology company. No budget, no team, one real problem at a time.

800+people trained, hands-on
33VPs and C-suite coached one-on-one, including the CEO and President
15divisions reached
9groups now running it on their own

Every outside engagement came by word of mouth. I've coached leaders and teams across higher education, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and technology.

03

Who it's for

Heads of public agencies, departments, and programs. Executives running a company or a division. People who know AI matters and haven't had the time to sit down and use it on their own work. That's most leaders I meet, and it's not a knock. You're busy running something.

In government, the first question is often what should and shouldn't go into an AI tool. I've spent twenty years in regulated work: aerospace and healthcare compliance, and government data systems. We start there.

04

Where it can lead

Coaching is the front door. Some leaders want more.

Custom tools and integrations

Connecting the systems you already use. A small internal app. An automation that gives your team back hours. I build these myself, scoped small and handed off so your people own them.

Larger custom software

When a project needs a full build, I bring in partner engineering firms I trust, and I stay on as your guide from first problem to finished system.

About

Carl Reichenbach

I'm an engineer by trade. Twenty years building things: maintenance data systems at Boeing, healthcare compliance technology at Wolters Kluwer, payments at Routable, and most recently Axon, where I led engineering teams and started coaching leaders one-on-one in AI. It grew from a few sessions into a program that reached the CEO.

The part I still love most is the moment someone sees what they can do and keeps going.

Based in the Seattle area. In person or remote.
